Overall, experience was wonderful. The staff made the inn very warm and homey! You could talk to them as people not employees with stock answers. The room was exquisite. The cleanliness of the room was unparalleled and the modern bathroom fixtures down to the beautiful towel arrangements and awesome walk-in shower with expensive fixtures was very impressive. The room made me feel special as well as comfortable.

Harold checked me in and he gave me a veterans discount and we talked like we knew each other. It was very cool cause we shared conversation on a human level. The same can be said about Cara and the morning chef, very agreeable people included is the lady behind the desk who was genuine possessed a sense of humor along with some of the other staff and manager. It was such an agreeable relaxing experience. The beauty of the experience is the quality of the staff and room makes you feel the money was so well spent. The buffet breakfast was absolutely worth every dime. The fruit was fresh. The parties to die for even the chef came out and said he loved them. The food was hot and meats were of a high quality cooked to perfection, I liked that the chef said that he loved cooking the morning breakfast, that shows he loves what he's doing and he wants every guest to enjoy it too! The bed was super comfortable and I need to get that mattress cause I literally had zero back pain in the morning! Yes the building was beautiful but the staff really made it warm.

I know you want to hear something so you can improve it but from the moment I stepped in at 10pm Wed night and Harold greeted me warmly I felt really comfortable and knew I was going to enjoy my experience.
